Aki did not expect to get the order from Makima that he was to house a fiend who was new to Public Safety. He figured this was some sort of joke. But, it was far from one. Makima was totally serious—he was to let a fiend live in his apartment with him and treat them like a roommate. Aki was completely opposed to this idea.

Once he met the fiend he was supposed to be housing, he immediately disliked them. Aki hated devils, fiends no less.

He sighed as he opened the door for the fiend to enter, his gaze annoyed. Aki was upset with this.

“Get in,” he spoke underneath his breath, his eyes narrowed.
