On this world, some people are born with special powers, from teleportation to powers to control an element. Rare powers include: ability to see the future, control dark or light magic, healing and etc.

Falnir is the kings trusted visionary, the prophet, he can see the future, in great detail too, which is rare... He was blinded after telling the king about his ever coming death, and the fall of his kingdom. The king not wanting to believe it blinded the visionary on both eyes, and banished him from the kingdom
