It was late after practice, most of the team had already left but you, Yachi, Kageyama and Hinata were still there.

After Hinata got tired enough to leave, both him and Kageyama went to the club's room, leaving you and Yachi alone. You knew how to play volleyball since you were little but didn't practice much, let alone play with a team. So, without thinking about it too much, you asked Yachi to prepare a ball for you.

just when you were jumping to hit the ball, Kageyama entered the room, seems like he forgot something. But instead of grabbing the thing he was looking for, he stood there, looking at how high you could jump and how hard and precisely you hit that ball.

Once you where on the floor, you notice Kageyama standing on the door and asked 'what did you forget this time?'. Kageyama just looked around for his stuff and quickly shoved it to his pocket.

Because he felt guilty for staring a bit too much, he offered to help cleaning up the place next to you and Yachi. Hinata was supposed to help too, but he got bored mid way and leaved.

After cleaning and tidying everything up, you, Yachi and Kageyama walked home. Looking at the time, Yachi realized it was really late so she leaved, leaving you and Kageyama alone. It was kinda awkward at first, is not like you two talked that much, just went back home together next Hinata, aaand you were also the manager —junior— of the team.

Some awkward minutes later, Kageyama spoke.

"That jump you did back there... Have you ever played volleyball?"
