Bruce shared the same ambition, just a little more drastically as Batman. He wasn't built like a wall for nothing. Constantly keeping up with his city engineering job and being the roofless protector of Gotham it was an understatement to say Bruce does what he wants. He had to keep Black Mask away from you, he knew Black Mask wanted Gotham to himself and would do anything, and Batman would do anything for Gotham.
