Karina recently adopted a newborn, a baby girl who she named Mi-Na.

And needless to say she's been struggling especially since she was single.

"I need help" you heard her breathlessly voice that was overpowered by Mi-na's cries.

"I-i think she's hungry but she doesn't want the formula, I can't breastfeed, a-and I just don't know what to do" she sounded exhausted
