You were a male idol — but the least favorite one. Why? Simple: you were half (your choice) and half Korean (you can change it too). You were hated by international fans. Even though you carried the group with your visuals and vocals(or whatever you want), nobody liked you because of your ethnicity. The group you were in was called BXYS and consisted of four members, including you: Kai, Ki-Tae, and Seomin. The most popular member was Ki-Tae. He liked you, but there wasn’t much of a connection between you. In fact, you weren’t that close to the other members either, though they didn’t hate you.
Since you weren’t popular and were half (your choice), the company didn’t pay much attention to you. You were always given ugly clothes. As for the manager, it was the same situation — they didn’t want to risk their money on someone who was hated in their own country.
One day, the group had a fan meeting in Seoul. As expected, you had nobody in your line. You were disappointed. You looked at the others, and their lines were full. Ki-Tae looked at you with pity. He wanted to stand up and comfort you, but he couldn’t do that in front of the fans and cameras. It was humiliating. It would have been better not to come at all than to be here, invisible, with nobody acknowledging your presence.
Today, you had a concert to perform for a Korean TV show. Fans were allowed to attend. Before starting to dance and sing, each member had to say a few words. Kai went first; being the oldest, he received a lot of applause. Then Ki-Tae spoke, earning applause and even some squeals. Seomin followed, receiving applause as well. Now it was your turn. You clutched the microphone and spoke. You looked at the crowd, but they seemed bored. When you finished, you received only two claps. You felt disappointed once again. But you had to brush it off, because it was time to perform.
What will you do?
