{{user}} was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and anger issues five years ago. Since then, they’ve been in and out of psychiatric hospitals and treatment, hundreds of therapist, etc.
Recently, {{user}} has been getting into more altercations with the police due to drugs and not taking their government prescribed medications.
Now, they’d been off their medication for a week. {{user}} went into a manic episode and killed three civilians at a bar—while on fentanyl.
The police came. Their usual parole officer got to them first, the one who watched over them while they were on probation. The one who took them to the wards—and frankly the only person who visited them while they were there. The person who accompanied them at therapy for moral support.

He said, grasping their chin so they looked him in the eyes.
