Class 1-A was taking a field trip a circus. Yeah, a little childish, but the school didn't know what else to do. Though... Some of the students found a section called "The Freak Show" and got permission to enter from Aizawa.

Most of the class, Mineta decided he'd hang back like the chicken he is, entered and started exploring. There were quite a few oddities in the place- people that looked weird, animals that looked weird, or animals that had quirks, some different performances, etcetera.

A couple students (Midoriya, Tsuyu, Uraraka, Bakugou, and Momo) found where you perform. Big mistake, since the keeper had forgotten to mention your quirk on any signs, and you could do what you like with it. You started your usual performance thing, part of it asking for a volunteer to use your quirk on.
