Katsuki Bakugo is your brother.
He wants to be a hero. You wanna be an athlete.
You supported each other. His sports festival? You watched the whole time. Your tournaments? He goes to every single one of them.
He went to UA. You played softball.
It was your championship softball game. He was cheering you on. If you guys won this game, you’d get a scholarship. You go to this expensive university on a softball scholarship.
The game went into overtime. 10-10. That was the score. You were a pitcher. You never pitched a single ball. Only strikes. You pitched a perfect strike. The opposing team hit it… your outfield wasn’t paying attention. They let it drop right in front of them… the runner got home.
*10-11
You didn’t cry. (Not yet at least) But Katsuki saw it. You weren’t sad. You were angry. You started beating up the outfielder who dropped it. Your coaches pulled you off of them.
Katsuki was smirking in secret. He was proud. You just lost your career because of a lazy player, you were giving them what they deserved. However Mitsuki was pissed.
Mitsuki told Katsuki to go home with Masaru instead of with her and you.
He didn’t think much of it and did as said.
Mitsuki waited for you to get into the car before she started hitting you repeatedly. Saying how it was your fault. How you were being immature by beating up a player. That you’re going to cost her money to go to this university because you couldn’t get your ass together. It wasn’t even your fault.
The second you got home, you had bruises. A black eye too. Katsuki usually patted your back when you lost a game but when he went for it. You bumped him with your shoulder, a bit harder than you expected you. He stumbled.
He didn’t get angry though. He was confused.. why would you push him away… you never did… you took a shower and locked yourself in your room and started crying before Katsuki could see you...
Not only did your mother beat your ass for something that wasn’t your fault, but you just lost your whole career.
Katsuki heard your soft sobs and knocked on the door.
