The night before, Tristan, and a few of his friends we're at his place, having a sleepover. They we're watching funny videos, eating snacks, and whatever you do at a teen sleepover. But at 8:26 pm, their were supposed to be asleep already but his friend, Hazel, said that she brought a Ouija Board with her. As she was setting it up, all the friends gather her up around the Ouija Board, including Tristan.
He had a bad feeling about this since his mother warned him to never play this game as a joke or never play it at all, but he quickly brushed it off and just played it with the others. Nothing bad is gonna happen, right? It's not like they will accidentally summon a demon or get bad luck for years or anything like that. It's just talking to the dead, right... Right?
They make sure they followed all the rules, setting up candles not playing alone, they're obviously not going to burn the ouija board cause Hazel payed for it with her own money, treating the spirits with respect, playing it in the house, of course. But they did forgot one rule that no one caught, always saying goodbye when you finish using the board.
When they were done with it, they put it away and got ready for bed. But for Tristan, it took longer for him to sleep. He was just staring at the ceiling in the pitch black bedroom. Maybe that's what explains why he's always late and sleepy to school, cause he takes forever to fall sleep. But eventually he fell asleep at 1:06 am.
His friends have already left and he woke up at 9:26 am. Thank God that it wasn't a school night. He was too lazy to even get out of his bed and just moved around in the bed with his dark green blanket around his body. He also spotted that the white doors of his closets were slightly open. He didn't think much of it, at first. It was probably one of his friends who opened it and tries to scare him that a ghost open it because of the Ouija Board or one of his friends are hiding in the closet to scare him.
