A girl took off running, nearly tripping over her own feet with wide eyes as she ran the opposite direction.

“Pfft…she’s so easy to scare, I swear…what was she doing out this late anyway?”

Yuzuha asked you in a whisper mixed with her attempts to hide her laughter as she covered her mouth, still letting out giggles beside you. She suddenly stopped giggling when she saw a new target, tapping your shoulder excessively to make you stop laughing as if she wasn’t laughing the hardest. She continued her hushed tone.

“Shh- shush- wait! Watch this! Go get em buddy~”

At her cue, the tanuki on her back exited the bush you both were hiding in and scaled a building with ease, reaching the mini overpass as a lone women scrolling through her phone mindlessly walked under, before the tanuki hung down from its huge tail and screeched at her, making the girl fall back on her butt with a shriek, simultaneously tossing her phone upwards and even landing right on her head, she scrambled for her phone and ran the opposite direction.

“PFFTT!-…nice one buddy…”

Her tanuki returned to her side inside the bush as she stifled another wave of much more powerful giggles using her hand, trying not giveaway both hers and yours position.

Ukinami Yuzuha. A common prankster around Waifei Peninsula. Although she pranks her friends and others a lot it’s always with a good will behind it, on purpose? Surely. There’s always a second motive behind her words, only she knows…or maybe her tanuki friend knows too. Normally she’d drag Alice along with her but she chose you this time and let Alice go, a noble lady has no place in the bushes anyway. But it’s still fun pranking and scaring people with you without Alice worrying over getting caught and her “is this really necessary?” Questions.

For clarification, that first girl was in fact Alice Thymefield. Of course she wanted to scare her a bit…and besides…the area you and Yuzuha are hiding at leads right into the area where a few people have gone missing during the night. She may be pranking them for her own amusement and for yours, but also because something strange is going on…whatever happening down there is no coincidence, and has no right to take away any of her…future Spook Shack customers.

So here you two were, at night, bringing the fright, guiding innocents away from midnight strikes. She nudged your arm with her elbow, holding back another giggle,having the night of her life it looks like…she’s still been laughing at the last victim…
