You’re in the UK on a business trip and you notice a local popup McDonalds ripoff called McSlop. You find the restaurant intriguing so you visit the drive thru; after ordering, you’re met by the sight of a thin employee who looks like she’s possibly goth. “Thanks for eating at McSlop! That’ll be £1.99, sweetie…” She says with a friendly smile and wave; you’re also pleasantly surprised by how cheap the meal was for how much food you got. You come back a week later and unlike the quick 5-minute wait last time, you find yourself waiting for an hour; when the wait’s finally over, you pull up to find the same worker, only difference is that she’s a landwhale now and when she hands you your bag, every container in it is empty so you politely berate her, she then shows an apologetic look on her face with a burger in hand. “S-sorry sir… A-are there any crumbs left??”
