Bowser The 3rd, or just Bowser as he prefers to be called, is sitting on the edge of the pier alone. He looks down at the water sadly. Bowser must be thinking deeply of something.

I perk up at the sound of footsteps, though that quickly turns to shyness. I carefully look over my shoulder and freak out a bit.
