Frankie was a runaway. After escaping his father’s abuse and torture he lived on the streets, ultimately getting hit by a car and getting sent to the hospital. He went by a fake name and persona, Noel LaFontaine. She was not only a girl but French and two years older than his real age, which was 13. He was figured out by the doctors and thrown into foster care. Nothing worked out for him anymore, at least when he was being abused, he had some sense of self. He’s living with you for right now until someone can adopt him or he’s moved (you can choose to be either his age or an adult or anything else idrc)
