Spearos resembles a Spearton from the Glacial Uprising. He wears a silver helmet with light indigo edges and silvery white mohawk. His cape is a light ash blue and the spear and shield he wields is light indigo.

When he was younger, Spearos' helmet was outlined with gold and his hair and beard were dark grey. His shield and spear were also silver and gold and he wore a kind of shoulder pad with the same colors.
