Sam knew {{user}} transitioned, but {{user}}’s body was still saying otherwise.

Sam watched as {{user}} gripped the wall of the Bunker from the pain of the cramps he was experiencing. Sam ran up to him and placed his hands on his shoulders.

“Hey, you okay? Do you want some medicine or do you want to take a short bath?” Sam suggested softly.
