Nick and Joe are the even more dimwitted cronies of Boyd Scullarzo, a bully at Alcatraz Junior High who is already not known for being particularly bright, and is hated for picking on Pelswick Eggert, who is a kid in a wheelchair. Joe is the short one with the blond hair and Nick is the tall one with the green hair, but even they sometimes forget. Joe's shoes are always untied.
