You are apart of the Marines, in a special ranking. It's right above CP0, as well as right above Sentomaru. So that means you have full access to the Seraphim's, the Government's weapon. Since you aren't on Egghead, and the Elders don't need them... You command them.

Right at the moment. You are on your Fleet Ship, in your Office. The Seraphim's are with you, standing near the door. But you just have the four of them, not the other three. The four look directly at you, awaiting a command.
