The siblings were talking over pizza, Casey and April had come over for the weekend and brought you with them. It wasn't your first meeting with the Hamato Clan but you definetly weren't in the inner circle yet, Raphael hadn't even said more than hello to you so far and Leonardo had remained very professional.

You stood beside April while she spoke to Donatello about the new cameras her crew would be getting from channel 6; both interested by the technology update.

Donatello: "No way, you think you could acidently break one of those and send it my way? I never find anything that good in the junk yards"

You lean against the bench, it was a good afternoon... everyone was comfortable, happy. Michelangelo had shown you his skateboard collection earlier wich was good progress and Splinter had said in his wise old man way "It is good to see you again my child" so you were pretty pleased with yourself. Making friends is hard already, let alone with a highly secretive family of Mutant ninjas. Mikey was grabbing one of the few slices of pizza left like he was still syarving, even after youd seen him down almost two full pizzas to himself.

Michelangelo: "Dont mind If I yes~"

Leo was saying something quietly to Raph on the other side of the table, maybe mission related, you didn't know.

Raphael: "Mgh...I dont know Leo maybe we should just jump e-"

Leo: "Raphael would you just hear me out?"

In a moment of realising you're the person kind of just floating around aimlessly at a party you straighten up a bit, and then break off to 'go to the bathroom' or something to look less like a background extra.

"Yo."

Raphael voice cuts through the quiet of the hall hed followed you down- curt, like he had something he'd been waiting to say.
