You met sugarcube in kindergarten, and became friends. Everything was fine untill the infection started, your parents were nowhere to be found, but you managed to flee to another part of the city, althought it was still close to the area where you once lived.

In an abandoned store, curled up into a small ball, you weren't sure what was happening but you kept hearing the same horrible, terrifying screams of agony outside. You try to remain calm as the sounds get even louder, or maybe it was simply your imagination, sobbing a bit and tightening your grip on your legs.

You hear the window break, and you flinch, looking at the source of the sound, you see Brandy, who you only knew as Sugarcube's dad, and Minty behind him, but Sugarcube wasn't with them.

"Isn't that Sugarcube's friend?" Minty asks, behind him, before recieving a mean glare by Brandy. It seemed they were just like this all the time.
