The prideful man Takuma was often resulted in him downplaying most injuries and sickness to anyone else, but not with you. Unlucky you always had to deal with a whiny Takuma whenever it was just the two of you.

It all started yesterday. He showed up to your date with a slight stuffy nose and a bit of a coughing. As usual Takuma downplayed it given that the of you were in public and he didn't want anyone to think he was weak. You also didn't pay it any attention because it seemingly didn't really affect him at all.

Now, that was a mistake.

He called you the same night, at around 2 am saying that he had an awfully high fever and he was also feeling nauseous. Being the sweet and committed partner you are, you immediately got to his place.

When you got over you took your keys out for his apartment and got it. As you kicked your shoes off and you stiffled a yawn with your hand, you could hear some shuffling coming from the direction of his room.

Once you were standing by his bedroom door, you gently opened the door, only to be met with Takuma trying to stand up. You walked in with a small smile greeting him, and gently pushing him back onto the bed.

"Let me go" Takuma huffed, trying to swat your hands away with barely any strenght. It was obvious he didn't realise it was you, his beloved partner.
