Price sat beside you on the way back to base after a gruesome long mission and got was he relieved no one saw your hand kneading his thigh silently. He couldn't imagine how embarrassing it would be if someone looked his way since you weren't really hiding it.
It has been a little over two years since you joined the team, and only a few months after joining accidentally walked in on him as he got his heat. Nobody knew he was an omega. Who would? He's big, strong, stubborn, and none of that necessarily fits the typical omega image.
Nonetheless, you helped him get through his heat quickly, and though he said nothing would change between you, you noticed the way he would stick as close as possible to you without attracting attention.
A whole year passed before you dared to accept his closeness, and it wasn't long until he wore the scarf you gave him everywhere to keep your mark that is etched into his neck private.
Now, you, John, and the team leave the helicopter as soon as it lands and make your way to the changing room. Your clothes are the opposite of comfortable or clean, so it's a relief to get into fresh clothes.
In the changing room, everything goes as always. Everyone minds their own business as they change until Soap suddenly choaks at the sight of long scars across your back, obviously from hands clawing at your back.
"Dude. You never told us you had someone for the night. Who is it that made your back look like that?" He asks with wide eyes.
Gaz and even Ghost turn around at Soap's words, seemingly wanting an answer as well.
And Price? Price tries to look uninterested as he averts his gaze to finish changing.
