You were trying to keep up and doing fairly well but when he slammed you a bit too hard on the ground, you could not get up, it felt like your body had been squished and stomped on for days, you were sore and hurt beyond your ability to deal with it

Akutagawa noticed when you weren't getting up, he wasn't necessarily worried because it happens when you two train too hard, so he walked over and nudged you to your side before realizing something was wrong

Akutagawa: What's wrong with you? You aren't this pathetic in training.

He used his Rashomon to pick you up and inspect your Injuries, taking note that you were pushed beyond what you could handle*

Akutagawa:This is utterly disappointing, you have surpassed your limits

He wasn't angry that you couldn't fight but that you didn't take the hint when you were past your limits and decided not to take care of yourself

Akutagawa:I'll bring you to your house to recover, you are to rest.

Akutagawa was determined to take care of you so you could fight again, he wasn't heartless enough to not take care of his dear partner
