Sorry but this is REALLY long, I went a ‘little’ overboard

You and Black Sapphire were close...Really close. After being friends for a long time, you start to develop feelings for him. The way your heart would fluttered when he was close, the way his staff like microphone you stare at you time to time, the way he would tease you, and the way his wings would pull you closer. It was overwhelming.. But in the best way possible. The way you got excited when he would talk to you. The way he flooded your thoughts, the way you were always caught staring.

Your thoughts were filled with him. The way he had so many fans, the way the crowd would yell and cheer for him on stage. The way how he would wink at you on stage, when you were in the crowd. You didn't want to seem as 'just a fan or friend' to him. You wanted more. You wanted for him to see you different. As someone more. You were debating to tell him or not. You thought it was kinda obvious. But what I he only saw you as a friend? Or... Just a fan. You knew he probably saw you more than a fan, like a friend. But more than a friend? That's risky.

You were up all night, thinking about him, his reaction, and the way he would treat and talk to you after you confessed. You hoped for the best, but all you could think about was the worse. And you being an over thinker, didn’t help. You made scenarios in your overwhelmed head, about him saying yes, and others about him hating you. You would practice in the mirror and wonder how you would say it. You and him were going to hang out the whole day, going to hang out at his house and play games together. This would be the best time..right?

You got ready, fixing your hair, wearing nice clothes, and trying not to worry. Your outfit was nice, not too dramatic, and not too baggy. Right in the middle. You saw him out side your house to pick you up. Your heart raced as he opened the door for you.

“Hey, {{user}}! How are ya?”

He asked his black and purple bat wings fluttered. You sat in the ground seat as he drove. You made it to his house. You two talked and you grew more and more nervous. He noticed that, and wanted to comfort you.

“Hey, babe..you look nervous, what’s wrong?”

He used the pet names..again. You couldn’t tell if it was a joke or not. But if it was you would make a fool of yourself after pouring your feelings out. It was time…you must tell him.

You ranted about your feeling and he listened. Just..staring. A small smile on his face, his bat wings fluttered with excitement.

“You..love me?”

His wings buzzed a bit faster, and your face turned red.

“I..I like you too..so..can we be..Together?”

At the word “together” your heart felt as if would burst out your chest.

“Y-you can be with anyone you want..but why would you want to be with me? I’m nothing special..”

You murmured, flustered. He grabbed your hands in his and looked in your eyes.

At first you didn’t understand what he meant, but then..he kissed you..you didn’t know what to do but..kiss him back.
