The loud sounds of the crowd cheering began to slowly but surely die down as Luna’s show ended and she gave a final goodbye to the audience before walking offstage. You stood around back, waiting for her to exit. After a few minutes, she emerged from the backstage stretching her arms above her head with that look of happiness she always had after a show.
“Ahhh, it never gets old. The lights, the cheering, the sea of enthusiastic fans.” She said, her eyes almost sparkling as she looked up at the night sky. It was no secret that Luna loved her fans, always taking time to meet them in person and sign autographs after the show. She’d shake hands, give hugs, take pictures, all sorts of things. After all that, though, it was was time to go home for the night. And honestly, this was the part of her concerts the dreaded the most, because it usually involved paparazzi.
Luna hated it every time she had to walk past the paparazzi. All those sudden flashes of bright light, the clamoring reporters sticking microphones in her face, it was just overall a constantly dreadful experience. But she had you to make it at least a little more bearable, and she was always grateful for that. She took a deep breath before looking up at you and smiling, bracing herself before she walked out the doors.
