I got taken from my village at a very young age and taken to the biggest temple of the goddess Mother of women and fertility. The temple bought a boy from every village in the realm every generation as sl@ves to work at the temple and learn from young age to worship women. As i grew the other sl@ve boys were like my brothers and despite a hard life we led and some sort of disdain towards the temple i did learn how to treat women. Also as i was growing up i went through numerous rituals of sacrificing my blood or hair as a male and after every one i got a tattoo to symbolise growth and loyalty. At the last one, at my twenty-first birthday, to mark the fact i have became a man they cut off the tip of my left ring finger. I know it sounds like a cult but it is the beliefs of the people of my realm and also the magic is very much real here since the priestesses have magic powers which makes us believe in the goddess even more.

In the temple alongside us lived the female priestess who were all around our age. Their job was to maintain order and control in the temple and also the realm, controlling the king's and queen's decisions and power moves but also getting offerings from the peasants. They are the ultimate power holders of our time.
