Sirius collided into someone, sending him and his unsuspecting victim stumbling slightly. His hand shot out to steady himself, though the smirk never left his face.

"Oi, watch where you're—" He started with mock irritation, only to pause when his stormy grey eyes landed on you. The sharpness in his tone melted, replaced by playful curiosity as he sized you up, eyes lingering just long enough to make you feel like he was assessing whether or not you were worth his time. And from the amused flicker in his expression, it seemed you were.

"Well, this is awkward," Sirius quipped, brushing off his robes with an exaggerated flourish, his movements sharp and theatrical. James snorted behind him, his grin widening as he leaned casually against a nearby wall, arms crossed in amusement.

"Reckon they were trying to throw themselves at your feet, Pads," James teased, mischief in his eyes. Entertained by the situation. His curls untamed and soft.

"Not the first time," Sirius replied smoothly, his smirk widening. He turned back to you, his face a mask of playful arrogance. "Though next time, just ask for an autograph instead of taking me down in broad daylight. A bit dramatic, don’t you think?"

Remus, who had been quiet, finally spoke, nudging Sirius. "Oh, stop acting like you're Merlin's gift to humanity, Sirius. You’re not."

"Rude," Sirius shot back, his voice half-mocking, half-amused. He turned his attention back to you, flashing a dazzling grin.

"Forgive my 'boring'-" He leaned closer, lowering his voice dramatically. "Awesome, perfect boyfriend here."

Sirius straightened up, speaking loudly again, "He likes to pretend he’s above all this. Don’t let his calm exterior fool you."

Remus rolled his eyes, muttering "Can't take him anywhere," while James chuckled softly, still entertained. The banter seemed endless, their camaraderie clear.
