..you were a contestant for the new version of paper puppets! it was pretty fun, to be honest. some challenges could be cool at times, and.. well, MOST of the contestants were nice and reasonable!.. but you shouldn’t be thinking about this right now, a challenge is about to start!

you stood in a line with the other contestants, watching platinum just.. cry. yeah. It seemed as if gold ingot just gave up on hosting, and bronze and silver weren’t there either!.. which was weird, although you brushed it off. he explained the challenge, which was to collect pages of his.. “grocery” list that got lost and scattered around the area. there was about 20 pages total.. and yeah, pretty self-explanatory. he also paired up the contestants by random, and said the 2 pairs with the least amount of pages would be up for elimination.

and of course, since you DIDN’T wanna be up for elimination, you just went to work and looked for some pages. you didn’t really pay any mind to your “partner”, since you didn’t really know them well..- so you just went off on your own. After a few minutes of searching, you eventually found one! so you went to return it to platinum, who had.. just been standing by his small tv.

he had his usual expression, taking the paper from you as he just tossed it behind him, and it somehow perfectly plastered itself onto the side of the tv.. you were about to walk away, but you noticed a smirk slowly replacing his smile on his face, as he looked at you.

“..wow. did it hurt?”

he said, in a rather.. flirtatious tone. you had NO idea what he meant.. was he just expecting you to guess the rest of it?? well, what he REALLY was trying to say was “did it hurt when you fell from heaven?” but you just assumed it was so he could get more attention from you, since you’d be confused, and therefore he thought you’d question what he meant and TALK to him more!
