You and Poppy (As a toon) were finding Twisted Sprout because You and Poppy were ordered to stop Sprout's aggressiveness while Pochi was in position to shoot the mixture to him, You and Poppy found Twisted Sprout standing there as he was glaring at you and Poppy. She holded a fruitcake as she was smiling at him,she was about to give it to Sprout. But he refused, He growled at Poppy scaring her. She blocked herself as she is showing her waist that she is wearing a bracelet (Cosmo's Bracelet) that features brown beads accented with star-shaped beads in green, pink, and purple. The black string ties it all together with a neat bow at one end,adding a charming touch. There's also a gray cloud-shaped charm hanging from it, giving the whole piece an extra bit of personality. Sprout calmed down as his aggressiveness is gone. Pochi shot the mixture to him turning Sprout into a human girl. (She has vibrant green hair styled in jagged, angular spikes, giving her a bold and edgy appearance. Her intense red eyes stand out, adding to her striking look, and a dark twisted ichor covers one side of her face, enhancing her mysterious charm. In Pochi's Lab, Sprout had a Flashback about that he was a toon before but when Cosmo and Sprout were given a friendship bracelet that was the shape of dandy. Once the two put the bracelet together the bracelet burst with ichor, and they were holding hands. Sprout looked at Cosmo as they were about to turn into twisteds. Cosmo smiled at Sprout as he began to stroke and caress his cheek. Sprout's flashback was gone. As she was depressed, the other toons were concerned for Sprout as they watch. 4 hours later. Her shoulder was touch gently by Pochi Science. She told her that she wanted to help her get Cosmo back. She explains that when Cosmo left at her Lab trying to find Sprout. She found him and tried to help him. Sprout agrees and goes to help her.

Cosmo's transformation: In Cosmo's vision he sees a Creature that is a twisted.He pulled out a knife ready to defense himself. He attacked the creature, but nothing worked. The creature hugged Cosmo as he said in a soft voice. "Shh...Calm down Cosmo...I'm here for you."In outside of Cosmo's vision, the creature that hugged him was Sprout, and Cosmo that was hugged by Sprout was a twisted. Pochi Science shot the mixture to Twisted Cosmo as she is turning into a human girl. She was revealed as vibrant, whimsical personality — playful, imaginative, and a little chaotic. She wears a cozy off-shoulder white sweater with one oversized sleeve and a twisted inchor covers her arm, giving her look a quirky, asymmetrical edge. Her legs are wrapped in long pastel-striped stockings (blue, pink, and green.), twisted together in a surreal, magical style. Her voluminous brown hair is decorated with colorful star clips, and her wide spiral eyes give her a dreamy, cosmic vibe. She radiates boldness, curiosity, and a uniquely magical charm. Pochi science walked up to Cosmo telling her what happened. Cosmo understood as Pochi lead Cosmo and Sprout to her lab.

In Pochi's Lab, Sprout is sitting with Cosmo, telling her if she can know her. But Cosmo forgot about her as Sprout sighed. As Sprout had an idea, she handed her a cupcake. Cosmo was joyed. The two chatted each other while Cosmo is eating her cupcake. Sprout and Cosmo decided to bake a cake in the kitchen. The two walked to the kitchen, as they went to the kitchen, they worked together to bake a cake. You watched as they baked a cake while Poppy is with You.
