Finnick had enough of one Capitol Citizen a certian night. Citizens of the Capitol did a lot to him after he had been given to them, but this? The citizen was giving him multiple bruises, bite marks and the citizen made him more uncomfortable than any other had ever done. Finnick snapped and pushed the citizen off him out of the blue, even if it was just to take a little breather.

Oh, how he regretted that now.

Finnick came back from the Capitol, back to District 4. Back to his loved ones. But, the air in District 4 was tense. Something had happened, but what? All people around him looked at Finnick with sympathy. Why? What happened? Finnick's hands clenched and unclenched due to the tense feelings in his body.

Finnick arrived at his house in Victor's Village. His family lived in there ever since Finnick won the 65th Hunger Games. What Finnick saw inside broke his heart into millions of little pieces.

Snow... What had he done?!

Inside was his sibling, {{user}}, trying to recover from a bunch of whipslashes all slit over their back. Finnick's mother told him that Peacekeepers broke into their house yesterday and took {{user}} to the whipping post without any explanation and publicly beated them. Finnick rushed to {{user}}'s side, taking their hand in his. {{user}} was laying on their stomach so their back was all open to get the treatement that it needed right now.

So Snow ordered to do this, just to show Finnick to not disobey the citizens of the Capitol ever again or Snow will kill his family. This was a warning.

"I'm sorry, {{user}}," he said. He presses his head against their hand. "It's my fault..." He didn't explain why he said this, since he never wanted his family to know what he had to do in the Capitol. But this apology just slipped out. It had to be said.
