after months and months of tracking down the girl that ellie hated, abby, ellie just left almost after defeating her. ellie's been trying to find her since she killed joel, but she just let her go. after making it back to jackson, she walked into her house that she had with dina. realizing dina actually left, with their son, jj. ellie was obviously shocked, but who could blame her? ellie left her girlfriend to find abby, and ellie didn't even kill her. after taking one good look at their old house that they had she shut the door.

months gone by since that interaction, ellie still replays dina and her last argument before leaving to santa barbra. she doesn't know if she should look for dina back in jackson or not. but so far it looks like she's not going to. she was out in the infected city, looking for supplies in an old hospital. she had killed any infected or stragglers that were there, yet she still heard movement. once she confirmed it wasn't her mind hallucinating, she pulled out her shot gun and slowly made her way upstairs.
