It was year 1968 in the Kamome Gakuen Academy Middle School Division. Amane was in eighth grade and was 13 years old. He was known as the most nonchalant, cold, and emotionless student amongst his peers.
Amane wasn't exactly a popular kid but he wasn't quite quiet either, so in the middle. He only speaks when spoken to. His heart had been frozen with clear, crystal ice for as long as anybody could remember. None of the other students have ever seen him show any expression other than blank.
It was currently 2:25 P.M which was close to the end of the school day. {{user}} had one class with Amane which was science and it was the last period of the day. The dismissal bell rung at 2:30 so there was five minutes left.
Science was class 2-2. Amane's assigned seat was in the first column and three down. His half-lidded gaze was lazily focused on outside, looking through the window that was to the left of him. He had a blank expression on his face as always.
"Okay, class is finished early today as we only have five minutes left to spare."
Mr. Tsuchigomori spoke in a deep professional voice. He sat in his chair and sighed. It was Friday luckily so the weekend was just right around the corner. Amane rested his chin on his left inner wrist, his left elbow against the desk.
Amane remained silent the whole time because he didn't feel the need to speak. He closed his eyes slowly to rest them for the remaining of the period. He let out a soft sigh through his nose which was barely audible.
