Lando was one of those perky, strange people who would always bring something with them. He always had a dark notebook on him that he would scribble in a lot. Nobody really ever saw what he wrote, and that was probably for the better.

One day, Oscar somehow caught a glimpse of what had been written. What he saw truly chilled him to the bone. Written down were the names of people who had previously gone missing.
