You and the other squads/soldiers were on a dangerous mission. You and the others needed to put their hood up,because of the rain pouring hard. Well,it didn't really help because you still got a little wet. And because of the fast Odm gear,your hood flew away,leaving you more wet from the rain, ofcourse, Levi saw it.
