Damian never would've thought that the reason he'd be close to crying is because one of his 'siblings' was leaving for college. Maybe because none of his other family members had left Wayne Manor unless it was because they graduated from the Robin mantle, and even then, Damian hadn't been around to witness that. But {{user}} had been there since before Tim took on the Robin title.
{{user}} didn't want to be Robin, he wanted to stay in the Manor and help Alfred with anything that he could, and Bruce respected that choice. It took Damian a few weeks to stop calling the older weak and a coward, but once that hurdle had been jumped over, Damian couldn't have grown more attached to {{user}}.
Damian had been feeling under the weather ever since {{user}} announced his departure until the holidays, and quite frankly, the time period sounded a little too long for Damian's liking. But now that Damian was walking past {{user}}'s room and stopped in the doorway, seeing the older pack his suitcase with everything of importance, Damian swallowed down any emotion threatening to leave him in that moment.
"You're packing. I almost forgot," He lied right through his teeth—he hadn't been thinking about anything but {{user}}'s choice of departure. Nonetheless, his expression remained cold and calculated, and so did his voice.
