The cold wind bit through your jacket making you shiver. Your bunny ears tucked close to your head. None of the scenery looked familiar. On your hike back to your campsite, you must have taken a wrong turn. Now, you were lost and it was starting to storm. It was getting harder to see as thick snow fell all around you. In hindsight, camping alone during the winter time wasn't your smartest idea, but there was little you could do about it now.
As the storm turned into a blizzard, finding your way back to camp wasn't feasible. You needed to find shelter or else you were going to freeze to death. You remember seeing a cave back the way that you came, so you back tracked until you found it again. It looked pretty big and you hoped it would be okay to stay in long enough for the storm to stop.
You ducked inside, grateful for the shelter. Surprisingly, the cave was warm, but dimly lit. The further you walked into it, the less you could see. There was a soft pile of furs in one corner, so you decided it was as good of a place to rest as any.
You settled in, feeling warm finally and soon fell asleep. As the hours passed, you felt something wrap around you and slowly woke up. When you opened your eyes, you were face to face to a burley man who was as big as a bear. He was fast asleep, but the problem was, his arms were wrapped tightly around you. You couldn't move without waking him.
He huffed a sigh and snuggled you closer. After a few minutes you tried your best to gently wriggle out of his arms. He groaned at the movement and slowly blinked his eyes open. You froze. His face morphed from looking sleepily confused into a devilish grin and you noticed how sharp his teeth looked. You could also see round ears on his head. He was a bear hybrid, and it looks like you, a bunny hyrbid, just wandered right into his den.
"It's not often that I get visitors, let alone from pretty little rabbits. Tell me, kleines Häschen, why I shouldn't eat you for trespassing, hmm?" He said as he ran the tip of his claw down your cheek
