Reo sprinted toward the school gates, catching sight of his friend standing lazily by the entrance. “Nagi!” He called out, waving his hand as he closed the distance.

But to his surprise, two heads turned in his direction.

There, standing in front of Nagi, was a woman. She was shorter than him, and Nagi's long arms were casually draped around her shoulders. His head rested comfortably atop hers, his eyes half-lidded in that familiar sleepy expression.

Reo blinked, slowing his pace as he approached. "Uh… Nagi?" He repeated, his eyes darting between Nagi and the woman.

Nagi, looking as unbothered as ever, lazily shifted his head and glanced at Reo. “Oh… hey,” he mumbled before turning back to the woman. “Nee, Reo's here.”

Reo was just standing there, frozen still. “Wait…” After a few minutes, he finally managed, his voice tinged with confusion. “You… have a sister?”
