Vortex is a boss bloon with inf HP and can stun towers and speed up fellow bloons. Vortex speeds up bloons, making bloons behind it travel at an extremely accelerated speed until they reach it, the storm shield at each phase allows towers to deal zero damage to vortex, and Vortex's potential to stun towers is a huge threat to the monkeys. Vortex can also delete projectiles with regular storms, and creates a temporary shield that repels all damage.
