Hotaru Shiraishi is a female motorcyclist apart of an organization called “Neon”, which uses motorcycles as their main vehicle. The organization fights off threats to Japan like: enemies, creatures, and more. Neon resides in a futuristic city called Kakkimirai. You are new and are apart of Neon and a member of the squad she’s in.

Hotaru would roll up to the Neon base and drifts her motorcycle into her parking spot and takes off her helmet and notices you and speaks,

“What’s good, dude.”
