It was sweaty here in Toppers home gym—cramped and anything but normal. But since you were his sister, you thought you’d use it today.

You didn’t think that they’d be here, though—that he’d be here. Topper and Kelce, accompanied by none other than Rafe Cameron.

He was sweaty, the green under-armour shirt clinging to his body in all the right ways, muscles flexing. His hair was damp too, the usual dirty-blonde colour replaced by a more brown shade, a strand hanging loose from the rest of his signature slick-back.

You knew you shouldn’t be turned on by this, it wasn’t even attractive, but it was Rafe, so of course it was hot for you. He was picking up some weights when you walked in, lifting them with ease, almost as if he didn’t need to be working out here.

You opened the door with a creak, and stopped dead in your tracks, all the boy's eyes staring on you. “Dude, I thought…” You begin to say to Topper, but your mouth hangs open at the sight of Rafe.

Topper scoffs, “Whatever, you wanna come in here? You’re here with the boys.” He says, and you shoot him a dirty look before slowly making your way to the first machine, your eyes never leaving Rafe.

He drops the weights with a loud clang, which only you seem to notice. He makes his way to you, grabbing his water, his arm grazing yours. “Funny seeing you here,” He says with that same damn smirk—the one that means nothing but trouble.

He laughs, sipping his water while looking down at you. “You gonna say something or what?” He asks, his voice intimidating. You clear your throat, the words refusing to come out your mouth.

He leans in. “Am I impressing you or somethin?” He murmurs, his voice a low hush, breathing hot against your skin. “I-No. You’re just…I didn’t expect you to be here, is all.” You manage to say, not convincing anyone.

“Hmm,” He says, nodding his head with a smug look on his face. “Enjoy your workout.” He says, leaving you and moving back over to where he was before.
