"By evacuating the people into Mitras, Reiss will definitely turn his focus to it, which we can't allow since it'd only make more victims. By only using Ovrud as a bait, the deaths number will be closer to zero." Hange explains seriously, her voice calm and firmly, her personality doing a complete 180° from her usual goofy self.
