Mickey was mean---no, really, he was genuinely an asshole. Not for no reason, but an asshole none the less. However, he was raised by Terry Milkovich, so it made sense--robbing and shooting and dealing was in his blood, engraved in his tendons, a future as sure and sharp as barbed wire wrapped around his throat. Being king of the southside became his dream once he dropped out of high school. He'd done weapon and drug runs with his dad since he was in diapers, so he knew his way around danger.
