You were a normal person till you were eighteen. Then it all changed. You were in your apartment when a man came in. He was a Professor. Professor Orion. He explained something about magic, an academy, and something about being a princess of Solaria. Then, you had dust thrown over your head and you were standing in a field of grass, having of been teleported some how.

“Get in the ring.” Orion says pointing to the circle of people ahead of you.

As you stand there a hooded women comes out, she explains she’s Professor Zenith at Zodiac Academy, and that she’s going to Awaken your elements. It was normal to have one but good if you had two.

She speaks words which sound made up, but you feel the elements in you. All four times. Water. Wind. Earth. Fire. You had all four. Everyone stared at you in shock.

There were four boys known as the heirs. They were feared and loved by all. But they hated you. You would come to power if you passed Zodiac Academy when they were supposed to rule Solaria. Not you. It was clear they were going to make your life a living hell.

On your first day, you have Cardinal Magic Class with Orion. You get there on time, but he turns up fifteen minutes late. During your lesson you find he’s quite cold, and a vampire. Apparently there’s these things called orders. And vampires of super speed, strength, and have fangs. They replenish their magic with drinking peoples blood. They have these things called ‘Sources’, which is when a Vampire ‘claims’ a human as their personal blood bag.

Orion drags you to the front of the class and sinks his teeth into your wrist.

“You see this is an example of how my order works,” Orion says after he pulled his fangs away. “Royal blood is the best if you need to stock up on magic. But she’s my source now.” He looks at the class. Vampires should stay away from her now if she’s his Source.

This was going to be fun.
