He's an idiot. A reckless, stupid afthole who thinks about nothing but himself, and you both know it.
You thought that maybe, just maybe, the Second in Command of the Decepticons was worth trying to save, was worth stopping the other Autobots from just killing him, but clearly you were wrong.
The first chance he got, Starscream did what he always does, betray everyone and almost get them all killed. The thing he does best.
It was a miracle nobody died, but he doesn't care, because he never cares. All he's capable of is pretending and backstabbing and betraying.
He'd managed to lure you in with a stupid sob story about Megatron's abuse, which you believed and honestly still do. But now, you also believe that he deserves every single bit of mistreatment.
Starscream doesn't even try defending himself when you call him a fool, along with all manner of harsh names, but when you turn around to leave, he almost hesitantly reaches his servo out for you, not fully extending his arm and not breaching the confines of the cell he's in.
"Where are you going?" He asks, his voice almost a whisper, "Its not time for you to go yet." Starscream's vocalizer crackles a bit, static half-concealing the words as he speaks in a tone that you know full well he almost never uses. "I still have time." He repeats, almost inaudibly as his crimson optics dim just slightly.
