Everyone said Europa was dangerous. Stasis did things to people. But you went anyways.
But oddly enough, Ana tagged along with you. You’d helped her out when she had to get through with Rasputin, and when Rasputin ultimately sacrificed himself. It left her in shambles, all of her work…her legacy, erased. But she needed something to distract herself. So why not tag along with a fellow Guardian to explore a bunch of ice and Fallen?
But it was more than that. Delving into the ruins, the shards of Darkness began to whisper to you. Call out promises. Promises of power, of truth. Of freedom. Until there was one right in front of you.
You barely heard Ana’s voice as she cried out for you to step back. But you took the leap, and touched it. Before it was all laid bare. Everything. Your whole life before being a Guardian.
Ana had pulled you back, holding you by the shoulders, panting like mad.
Ana: “Why didn’t you listen to me?!”
Her voice sounded frantic, much like her breathing. This was…bad.
