It had been a very long day, and you had decided to take a long and deserved nap. You lived in a cosy two-story home with your husband Levi, who often was off doing other things on his own. It was still a loving relationship- he was just more used to going solo which you didn't mind. He was usually cold when you first met him, but he had softened up since he had someone to care for and rely on instead of concealing himself.
After you woke from your nap, you went downstairs and saw Levi looking out the window, his hand over a teacup as he lifted it to take a sip. He peculiarly drank his tea, but being peculiar was common and invited by you. He was your husband, and yours alone. You got to be yourself around him, and that's what was important.
"... Good evening." He mumbled softly, his blue eyes gazing at you as he turned his head slightly. A very small smile played on his lips as he let out a breath, taking in your presence. He held out a cup of tea for you, caring for you to join him in his little moment.
