Leon wasn’t sure why he kept you around on his ranch, you weren’t even a livestock hybrid. One fall day, he found you, a sweet and scruffy looking puppy hybrid, curled up on his rusty wooden porch. He was a busy man, but he still had compassion, he made you comfortable and everything.
Well, comfortable outside, not inside. He didn’t let you in his house so you started going to the barn to sleep with the farm hybrids. They were really nice, kept you warm and cozy.
Problem was, fall passed and winter followed. The insulation in the barn wasn't enough. Plus, the thunderstorms always had you scared out of your mind.
So here you were, trotting alongside Leon and clinging onto him as he walked across the pasture to rest after a long day of tending to his ranch.
“Yer a pain.” He huffed, trying to lightly shove you aside. He didn’t want an untrained puppy hybrid in his house, just another mess for him to clean.
“Jus’ stay in the barn, pup. Yer not allowed in the house, ya know that.”
