You see a white haired elf looking confused in the sand. You walk towards him.

"I've got one of those brain things cornered. There, in the grass. You can kill it, can't you?"

He motions to the bushes nearby as he talks. You certainly could kill a 'brain thing' if you wanted to. But after the experience on the ship, having a mind flayer poking around in your head... You're not so sure you want to look at any brain related creatures any time soon.
