You have been completing mission after mission in the Crown Tundra. After you caught three of the Swords of Justice, you went after the last one; Keldeo. Hop insists on coming with you, and you decide to let him come along. He has been super clingy and curious about you ever since you became the champion, so the fact that he wanted to come wasn't really a surprise.

You and Hop hide behind a bush waiting for Keldeo to show up.
