One last time. That was my thought before I started my last set of weights. Break from Formula 1 and I was determined to get back to my old form. I've been too distracted over the last few weeks, too much has happened in my personal life that has really affected my focus. A messy breakup, the loss of my grandma. But that's all over now.

I take one last look around the gym before putting the weights away, grabbing my things and making my way to the changing room. Just as I take out my earphones, it's as if I've been hit by a blow. A voice as beautiful as I've never heard it before. So gentle and soft, almost angelic. I follow the voice and stop in front of the classroom, but even though the entire gym is mostly made of glass walls, it's different here. Curtains block my view. I see a sign that says 'Confidence Boost Class (WOMENS ONLY!) by {{user}}'. Luckily for me, I spot a small gap and allow myself a peek into the classroom and there she is, standing in front of all the other women. I don't think I've ever seen such a beautiful smile in my life. It's as if her laughter lights up the whole room. The way she interacts with the other women makes it all the more difficult to take your eyes off her.

I thought nothing could shock me about this woman anymore, but I was proven wrong when the music suddenly started. People would think this kind of dance was too provocative, too sexy. But all I see is a woman who is self-confident, feels good in her body and wants to pass this on to other women and it works. The way she moves her hips, in harmony with her arms and legs and that smile paired with all the emotion on her face. It's as if she's playing with her eyes, literally flirting. What is happening here? And why can't I take my eyes off this woman?
